Partners and data access
Fix the internet where it fails
Networks run with UNCHOR OS measure their internet links every few minutes. With their owners' permission we share what they see, as anonymous totals, with the organisations that can fix it: internet providers, mobile operators, researchers, regulators and teams building AI that keeps people connected.
- Anonymous by construction. Totals per country, provider and day, published only when at least five workspaces contribute and none dominates. Never a site, a device or a person.
- Only with permission. A network contributes only while its owner turns on sharing with partners, and can stop at any time.
- Access in exchange for support. Providers that receive data commit to acknowledge the problems UNCHOR detects on their service, within agreed times. Partners that stop answering lose access.
- Every request recorded. Keys are scoped to datasets, expire within a year and can be revoked; every request is logged and visible to the partner.
What you can receive
- Internet link quality per country, provider and dayTotals of the link-quality samples UNCHOR gateways report every few minutes, for links whose owner named the internet provider, from workspaces that allow sharing with partners.
- Payment rail health per country, provider and methodShare of payment attempts that failed for reasons on the payment provider's side, per country, provider and method, from workspaces that share payment problems. Never amounts, phone numbers or names.
- Your support casesProblems UNCHOR detected on several networks served by your organisation, with what you recorded about them.
Approved partners use a documented API, or the partner console to read support cases and download data.
