I lost the phone with my sign-in codes

Sign in with one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-step sign-in. Each works once. Then set up the new phone.

What to do

1. On the code screen, type one of your recovery codes instead of the six-digit code.
2. Open Security, turn two-step sign-in off and on again, and scan the new code with the new phone.
3. Make new recovery codes and keep them somewhere safe.
4. No recovery codes? Another owner of your workspace can help you back in. If you are the only owner, write to us: we will check your identity before any change, which takes time on purpose.
